# Sew High Creations Policies ## Shipping Policy We are delighted to ship throughout the United States! * Flat-rate shipping is **$8.50** for all orders within the continental United States. * Orders over **$100 qualify for FREE shipping**. * Orders are typically processed and shipped within **1–3 business days**. * Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. * Local pickup is available for customers who wish to collect their orders from our shop. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays. --- ## Fabric Cutting Policy Fabric ordered in multiple quantities will be cut as **one continuous piece whenever possible**. Example: * Quantity 2 = 1/2 yard continuous cut * Quantity 4 = 1 yard continuous cut If we are unable to provide a continuous cut due to inventory limitations, we will contact you before shipping. --- ## Returns & Exchanges Your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the nature of fabric and cut-to-order products, the following items are **non-returnable and non-refundable**: * Cut fabric * Precuts (charm packs, layer cakes, jelly rolls, etc.) * Quilt kits * Patterns (printed or digital) * Sale and clearance items We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused notions and non-cut merchandise within **30 days of purchase**. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: * The wrong item was sent * The item arrived damaged * The item was defective upon arrival Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise has been received and inspected. --- ## Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Sew High Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** and include photos of the package and contents so we can assist you in filing a claim. --- ## Product Information We make every effort to accurately display product colors and descriptions.
